Refunds Policy

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can make things right.
To ensure an easy return process, all returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt (beginning on the day after your order is delivered to you) and then you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. As we are a small team please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once we receive the item. Please don't send back a garment only, please include your packing slip too!

Return delivery costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of L'atelier London.

We are unable to offer refund on postage costs, as we are a small brand. If you have any questions about item before making a purchase, please let us know via chat service or email.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
