Delivery

We aim to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of being placed; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order. 

Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

 

Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. However, if you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can make things right.
To ensure an easy return process, all returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt (beginning on the day after your order is delivered to you) and then you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached. To return an item please let us know by sending an email to: refunds@latelierfashion.co.uk

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at refunds@latelierfashion.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
